When returning items please include proof of purchase.
Returns will be processed within 15 days.

Exceptions
Nel caso in cui Anima Ribelle Academy non ti piaccia puoi richiedere il rimborso entro 14 giorni dalla data di iscrizione iniziale. Ti basterà inviare una mail con la richiesta a team@ellisdebona.com, entro il 14esimo giorno. N.B. Il rimborso NON si applica sui rinnovi mensili e trimestrali o superati i 14 giorni iniziali.
